Matt Pitzl leads Integrity Roofing Co. alongside his wife Julie, guiding the company’s vision, operations, and long-term growth. The company was launched in 2018 as an extension of their established painting business after years of clients asking for a roofing partner they could trust.

With nearly three decades of experience building one of Oregon’s largest residential painting companies, Matt brought a clear and proven approach into roofing: simple processes, strong in-house teams, and a commitment to doing the job right. For Matt, that means using quality materials, delivering consistent service, following through on what’s promised, and maintaining a strong commitment to safety on every project.

He believes many roofing companies focus too heavily on the bottom line instead of the customer experience. His goal is different — to create a process that feels straightforward and reliable, where homeowners feel confident their money was well spent.

Under Matt and Julie’s leadership, Integrity Roofing Co. has installed more than 12,000 roofs across Oregon and Southwest Washington, building a team known for quality work, clear communication, and long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and chasing sunshine whenever he can.

Andrew Howell oversees operations across Integrity Roofing Co., including estimating, production, scheduling, and coordination with builders, suppliers, and internal teams. He plays a key role in keeping projects running efficiently while ensuring every installation meets manufacturer standards.

With more than two decades in the roofing industry, Andrew grew up around construction and built his career through hands-on experience in contracting, distribution, and large-scale operations. Before joining Integrity Roofing Co., he spent over a decade in roofing distribution managing multiple locations, followed by leadership roles in commercial roofing sales.

Andrew is especially focused on the details that others often miss — particularly ventilation, one of the most common causes of premature roof failure. He works to ensure every system is installed correctly from the start, while maintaining a strong emphasis on job site safety and proper installation practices.

His approach centers on clear communication, helping projects stay on track and expectations stay aligned for both homeowners and builders.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys cooking and will gladly spend hours preparing a meal — even if his kids would prefer something much simpler.

Jonathan oversees the warranty and repair division at Integrity Roofing Co. while also managing roof replacement and new construction projects. His role includes estimating, project management, coordinating installations, and handling homeowner walkthroughs.

He began working in roofing at age 16 and has built experience across nearly every role in the industry, from installation to operations. His background includes both field work and supplier-side training, giving him a well-rounded understanding of roofing systems and materials.

Jonathan is known for his problem-solving mindset and commitment to doing things the right way. He takes pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining safe and consistent job site practices.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys fishing and training in jiu-jitsu.

Oscar leads the repair and warranty team, focusing on quick and effective solutions — especially when homeowners are dealing with leaks or urgent issues.

He started in roofing in 2014 as a helper and worked his way through installation and repair roles before stepping into leadership. His hands-on experience gives him a strong understanding of both diagnosing problems and executing repairs correctly.

Oscar takes pride in helping customers feel taken care of during stressful situations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and proper repair practices.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time dancing on the weekends.

Jose brings more than 35 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on residential building and roofing projects. His background working with general contractors across multiple phases of construction gives him a clear understanding of how roofing fits into the overall project timeline.

At Integrity Roofing Co., Jose focuses on keeping projects running smoothly while maintaining high standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality on every job site.

He takes pride in delivering consistent results and helping ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and attending sporting events.

Zach oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, including accounting, human resources, and coordination between office and field teams.

With more than 25 years of experience supporting Integrity Painting Co. and over 7 years with Integrity Roofing Co., Zach brings deep organizational knowledge and consistency to the company.

He plays a key role in keeping systems running smoothly so projects stay on schedule, teams stay aligned, and operations support safe and efficient job execution.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, including hiking and camping.

Jordan supports scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day operations, helping ensure projects stay organized and teams have what they need to succeed. 

Having grown up around the family business, Jordan brings a strong sense of commitment to the company’s long-term success. She enjoys working alongside a motivated team that takes pride in quality work, strong communication, and safe job site practices.

With experience supporting operations across both Integrity Painting and Integrity Roofing Co., she helps keep communication flowing and processes running smoothly.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time outdoors and photography.

Kelsie plays a key role in coordinating projects, managing communication, and supporting the operational systems that keep jobs running efficiently.

She works closely with builders, suppliers, and homeowners to ensure materials are ordered, scheduled, and delivered on time, while also managing billing and administrative processes behind the scenes.

Having grown up in the family business, Kelsie brings years of experience in construction operations and a strong understanding of how to keep projects organized from start to finish. She takes pride in helping create a smooth experience for both customers and internal teams while supporting safe and well-coordinated job sites.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
