An Honest Look At Your Roof
We get on the roof. We look in the attic when it's accessible. We walk you through what we find in plain language — and lay out your options so you can decide what makes sense for your home.
✔ On-roof inspection
✔ Attic and ventilation evaluation (when accessible)
✔ Clear findings, photo-documented
✔ Your options, explained
Why We Get On The Roof
Not all inspections are the same.
From the ground — or even from an aerial view — a roof can look fine. Up close, it often tells a different story. And the attic almost always does.
That's where we start. Every inspection.
Our estimators are roofers. They've installed and repaired thousands of roofs across the Portland–Vancouver–Salem region since 2018. When they assess a roof, they're reading it the way a builder would — what's holding up, what's wearing, what has life left in it.
What You Get
Every inspection includes:
- A full on-roof evaluation
- An attic and ventilation check when accessible
- Photo documentation of anything we find
- A clear explanation of the roof's current condition and remaining life
- Practical next steps — repair, maintain, or plan ahead
You walk away with a real understanding of your roof and the information you need to decide what to do next.
Honest Answers. Clear Options.
If your roof is in good shape, we'll tell you.
If targeted repairs will extend its life, we'll show you what they are and what they'll cost.
If replacement makes sense, we'll explain why and walk you through your options. Financing is available if it helps.
Our job is to give you the full picture. Yours is to decide what to do with it.
“I'm not high pressure. I try to explain what's going on and give solutions. I try to figure out where people are in their life — do they have the money to replace their roof, or are they in a position where repairs make more sense. I try to give them a solution that works for where they are right now.”

Roofing Systems Installed the Right Way
Installing a roof isn’t just about replacing shingles. A complete roofing system includes multiple components that work together to protect the structure of the home or building, including:
- flashing
- underlayment
- ventilation
- ridge and starter shingles
- manufacturer-approved materials
Integrity Roofing Co. focuses on installing these systems correctly, so each roof performs as intended and qualifies for manufacturer warranty protection when applicable.
A Team Built on In-House Crews
One of the biggest differences at Integrity Roofing Co. is how our crews are structured. Many roofing companies rely heavily on subcontractors. While subcontracting is common in the industry, it can sometimes lead to inconsistencies in scheduling, communication, and installation practices.

At Integrity Roofing Co., roofing work is performed by W-2 employees, not subcontractors. This allows our leadership team to maintain:
- consistent installation standards
- clear communication between inspection and installation teams
- reliable scheduling for homeowners and builders
- strong accountability throughout each project
“Balanced ventilation is one of the most important parts of a roofing system. If it’s not correct, the roof system may not qualify for warranty coverage.”
Andrew Howell, VP of Operations, Integrity Roofing Co.
